Jennifer is a Mechanical and Plumbing Designer with Peninsula Engineering, Inc for over twenty years. She has field experience in Resorts and Theme Parks. Design experience includes air distribution systems, site surveys and Sanitary and Domestic Water Systems.
She has a passion for charity work that involves children and animals. Jennifer hopes to start her own charity in the future for children with Autism.

Henry Scott
Henry joined RLF AE firm in 2020 as Plumbing Designer at the same time he joined the Central Florida ASPE Chapter. Henry has been in the engineering design industry since 2004. Over the years he has gained experience on residential, commercial, healthcare, and military plumbing design. When he is not working you may find him working out, riding his motorcycle or riding an ATV through the woods with his family. In the warmer months he enjoys boating and riding his Jet-skis.

Eric Knauth, LEED AP, P.E., FASPE, ASSE 6060
Exp
Eric has been within the plumbing industry for 20+ years with design and engineering experience in multiple market sectors to include hospitality, entertainment, and healthcare, with projects located all around the globe. Eric is the Department Manager for exp responsible for QA, QC, and overseeing production on projects from multiple offices. He has been active with the local Central FL ASPE chapter for the majority of his career and has held multiple chapter board positions.
Eric was recently inducted into the Kenneth G. Wentink ASPE College of Fellows in 2024 in Columbus, Ohio.

Melissa Green
Moen Inc
Melissa is the Business Development Manager in Central and north FL for Moen Inc, specializing in multi-family and hospitality projects. She has been a plumbing manufacturers rep in the central Florida market for over 20 years. She started with Moen in 2012 as the Territory Manager in Orlando, and has been a board member of the ASPE Central Florida chapter since 2010. Over the years Melissa has been involved in all aspects of the plumbing channel and continues to work diligently on projects start to finish.

Nicholas Buchberg
CMTA
Nicholas Buchberg joined CMTA, Orlando in 2024 after graduating from UCF with a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. He has since passed both the FE Exams specializing in HVAC design for Commercial and Residential projects. Nicholas has begun studying plumbing design with the guidance and help from Central Florida ASPE members. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering, learning languages and lifting weights.

Aimee Davis, CPDT
Matern Professional Engineers
Aimée Davis (Fernandez) has 12+ years of experience in plumbing and fire protection design across multiple sectors, including commercial, higher education, K-12, assisted living, fire stations, and EMS facilities. Her project experience spans Central Florida and other regions, supporting both new construction and renovation work.
Aimée joined Matern in 2020 and has been a member of the Central Florida ASPE chapter since 2018. She earned her CPDT certification in 2019 and is currently pursuing her CPD certification. She remains actively involved in the plumbing engineering community.

As the Marketing and Communications Specialist for Specified Sales Associates (SSA), Jim brings his technical expertise and communication skills to the forefront. He is committed to building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service. Jim's passion for innovation and technology has helped SSA stay ahead of the curve in the industry. In his free time, Jim enjoys being outdoors, exploring new technologies and spending time with his family.
